COMPUTER ISSUES? Broncos – If you experience any computer issues this week here’s how to get help:

1. Go to the Apple Menu on your computer and select Shut-Down. Let your computer power all the way off and sit off for at least two full minutes. Then turn it back on and try again. This is different from restarting and definitely different from just closing the lid.

2. If that doesn’t solve the problem then email tech with a description of the issue. Screenshots or photos are always helpful. Someone from the IT team will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure you look for a reply. If you haven’t tried step #1 we’re going to ask you to do that first, so you might as well take care of that on your own.

Hopefully, you don’t have any issues and finals are smooth sailing for you. Good luck with your tests. Congrats to the seniors and you’ve all got my prayers for a restful, restorative and healthy summer. Mr. Mulloy
