Alumnus Pat Duncan ’76 opens the 2012 “Farmer in the House” dining series

Duncan’s Trading Company’s annual “Farmer in the House” spring dining schedule has included another stellar lineup. Pat Duncan ’76 says, “These elegant evenings feature special one night menus, created by the very best chefs in the valley. Though not vegetarian, the menus showcase the exotic fruits and vegetables from my boutique organic farm. We align with a vineyard partner, or pair each course with wines thoughtfully selected by the restaurant’s sommelier.”

Once again, Duncan’s Trading Co. will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Association of Arizona Food Banks (AAFB), an organization that provides food assistance to nearly 90,000 Arizonans weekly and has handled more than 42 million pounds in the last 12 months. They provide statewide coordination for multiple food banks activities, such as food drives, and educational conferences.
